Delete your Ahly account
This page is for Ahly on Google Play, previously listed as Ansaby. Android package: com.weuxui.kin.
Request deletion without the app
Email abdulla@weuxui.com with the subject “Ahly account deletion request” and the phone number you used to sign up, including its country code. This is the support email shown on our Google Play listing. You do not need to reinstall the app.
We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. Never send your password or a one-time sign-in code.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Ahly (Ansaby in older versions) and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of Settings and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, phone number and sign-in session.
- The link between you and your entry in any family tree. Your entry stays as a placeholder (name and relationship) so the tree stays intact; a relative who manages it can rename or delete it.
What is kept
- Posts, comments and chat messages you shared with other members, because they rely on them. Ask a tree member with a higher family level to remove specific items, or contact us.
- Server logs for up to 30 days.
